At Sicurez Automotive Solution Sdn Bhd, we are committed to provide various high-quality and globally recognise branded dashcams directly from their reputable brand owners / manufacturer such as Thinkware, Blackvue, Finevu, and Viofo. To ensure customer satisfaction and trust in our products, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy as outlined below:

1. Warranty Coverage

(Dashcam)

  • Duration: All (dashcams) purchased from Sicurez Automotive Solution Sdn Bhd come with a standard warranty period of minimum 18 months from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Detail as below:
  1. Thinkware Dash Cam: Two(2) Years; 1 to 1 exchange, no repair.
  2. Blackvue: Two(2) Years; 1 to 1 exchange, no repair.
  3. Finevu: Two(2) Years; 1 to 1 exchange, no repair.
  4. Viofo: Total Two(2) Years; Eighteen(18) months 1 to 1 exchange, no repair. Additional 6 months free repair.
  5. DDPAI: Total Eighteen(18) months, Twelve(12) months 1 to 1 exchange, no repair. Additional 6 months free repair.
  6. 70mai:  In accordance to 70mai Malaysia warranty policy. Charges may apply.
  • Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions.
  • Products Covered: This warranty applies to dashcams from Thinkware, Blackvue, Finevu, Viofo, DDPAI and 70mai.

(Dashcam Accessories)

  • Duration: All (dashcams accessories) purchased from Sicurez Automotive Solution Sdn Bhd come with a standard warranty period of minimum 12 months from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Detail as below:

Memory Cards

SanDisk High Endurance:

Two(2) years warranty to maximum Three(3) years warranty depending on card capacity.

Samsung Pro Endurance: 

Two(2) years warranty to maximum Five(5) years warranty depending on card capacity.

Blackvue, Thinkware, Finevu, Viofo Original: 

Two(2) years warranty to maximum Three(3) years warranty depending on card capacity.

Other Dashcam Accessories

Hardwire kit, power adapters, CPL Filter, Anti-Temparing Box, External 4G LTE Module/Box, Rear Camera Cables, and all items categorise as dashcam accessory:

Twelve(12) months warranty.

(Dashcam Parking Surveillance Battery Packs)

Thinkware, Blackvue, Cellink: Two(2) Years, 1 to 1 exchange, no repair.

EnergyWell: Twelve(12) Months, 1 to 1 exchange, no repair.


2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Issues arising from the use of third-party accessories or components not approved by the manufacturer.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, fires, tsunami or earthquakes.
  • If any time during the Warranty Period any part or parts is or are removed, tampered, modified, dismantled, repaired, handled in any way by any person or persons not authorized by us, this Warranty Period will become void.
  • There shall be no alteration, defacement, and removal of any kind of serial numbers on the product.

  • Physical damages to the surface of the product, including without limiting to, breakage, cracks, scratches or black marks on the LCD screen, lens or outside casing of the product caused by you or any third party.

  • Performance/ Bricked due to firmware programs issue. 

Note: Our decision to the defects either of workmanship or materials shall be conclusive. Any product or part than has been replace shall become our property.



3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via phone at 011-63233880 or email at warranty@sicurez.com.my. Provide details of the issue, your purchase receipt, and product information.
  2. Inspection: Our team will guide you through the initial troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists, you may need to bring the product to our store for further inspection.
  3. Return and Repair: If the product is deemed to be defective and covered under warranty, we will proceed with warranty claim as per warranty coverage mentioned above at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may offer a full refund or store credit.


4. Proof of Purchase

To be eligible for warranty service, the original purchase receipt is not required.

Instead we need your mobile/phone number or email adress as proof of purchase. Please remember your correct mobile/phone or email address during purchase, so that we can access your purchase record in our system.


5. Limitations of Liability

  • Sicurez Automotive Solution Sdn Bhd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as per the terms of this warranty policy.


6. Amendments

Sicurez Automotive Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of the amendment.
