  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased on clearance or marked as "final sale."
  • Vouchers.
  • Shipping fee.

3. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Return the Product: Send the product back to us, securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 7 days from the receipt of the product.

4. Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund through the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the same process as for a return. Once your return is approved, you can choose an alternative product of equal value. Any price differences will be handled accordingly.

6. Defective or Damaged Products
